Fat to Fit...
I'm Sarah. I'm 23 and I started this whole process about 2 years ago. I know I've only lost 50 something pounds in 2 years but it has been a tough road. I've taken a few months off here and there and experienced plenty of plateaus. I've been able to keep all the weight I've lost off by keeping up with my healthy eating. I have 30 more pounds I would like to lose and I'm ready to give it my all again.
